You affirm to Supaflow that you are legally permitted to enter into contracts, such as not being a minor. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an entity, like your employer or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. You also agree that the term “you” in these Terms refers both to you personally and to the entity you represent. Together, you and Supaflow are called the “Parties,” and each of you is a “Party.”
Additional Agreements
These Terms regulate your access to and use of the Site. You agree that your use of Supaflow’s products and services (the “Supaflow Products”) is governed by Supaflow’s Master Subscription Agreement (found at https://www.supa-flow.io/legal) or any other written agreements you may have with Supaflow for using the Supaflow Products.
Account
If you've registered and created an Account on the Site, you're fully responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, confidential. You also accept responsibility for any activity that happens under your Account. You agree to notify Supaflow immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or password, or if there's a security breach. You will remain liable for any losses caused by Supaflow or others due to your knowingly or unknowingly allowing unauthorized access to your account or information.
Supaflow Content
The Site features various content types, including HTML, applications, messages, texts, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, profiles, authored works, data, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) from Supaflow or its licensors (“Supaflow Content”). All Site content and Supaflow Content are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and other laws. Supaflow retains all rights to the Site and Content unless explicitly granted otherwise. Your Content

Information Submitted Through or To the Site
Supaflow may, at its sole discretion, allow you to submit various types of content ("Submissions") to the Site. Compliance with Laws
By using the Site and accepting these Terms, you confirm that you will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, or orders from any government related to your use of the Site (“Applicable Laws”). You also agree not to export or re-export Supaflow’s goods, products, or services without following all applicable U.S. and foreign export control laws and obtaining necessary approvals.
Global Availability
Supaflow oversees the Site from its offices in Fremont, CA, USA. Other Supaflow locations may operate from various sites, both inside and outside the United States. If you access this website from a different region, you are responsible for complying with local Applicable Laws. Supaflow does not guarantee that the products and services mentioned are available or suitable in all countries.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, compensate, and hold harmless Supaflow, its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, or expenses (including attorney's fees) related to a third-party claim, lawsuit, or legal action connected to your use of the Site, a breach of these Terms (including any referenced Supaflow policy), violation of applicable laws, or any Content you post, upload, or cause to interact with the Site, or otherwise transfer, process, use, or store in connection with the Site.
Disclaimers
The Supaflow site and all its content and items are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, as far as the law permits. Supaflow disclaims liability for errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the data or information on the site, as well as for any personal injury or property damage resulting from using the site. Furthermore, Supaflow is not liable for any transmission interruptions, cessations, or for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by third parties beyond its control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, (a) Supaflow, along with its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, officers, or directors, will not be responsible for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to business interruption, profit loss, goodwill, usage, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the site; and (b) Supaflow's total liability under these terms is limited to two hundred U.S. dollars. These exclusions and limits apply whether liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theories, even if you are informed of the possibility of such damages.
Responsibility for End Users
You are accountable for violations of these Terms by anyone who uses the Site with your permission or on your account without authorization. Helping others do something that would breach these Terms if you did it yourself also counts as a violation. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Site, but each part should be understood to include any action taken, authorized, facilitated, promoted, encouraged, or permitted by a Site user, even if that person did not directly violate the specific rule.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act

To submit a counter notification, provide:

Monitoring and Termination
Supaflow reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content on this website to ensure it complies with these Terms and any other rules we set. You are solely responsible for any information you post, share, or transmit on this website. If you violate these Terms, Supaflow may suspend or terminate your access to the site. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in accordance with Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action concerning these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state courts of the State of Delaware or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The Parties expressly accept the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the Parties, replacing all prior proposals, whether oral or written, and all other communications regarding the subject matter of these Terms. If any information on the Site conflicts with these Terms at any time, the Terms will take precedence. Any terms from other documents you issue related to this agreement are also governed by these Terms.
These Terms, whether additional to, inconsistent with, or different from other documents, have no effect. They do not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Supaflow. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Supaflow. Conversely, Supaflow may do so at its discretion. The failure to enforce any part of these Terms by Supaflow does not imply waiver. A waiver of one condition does not imply waiver of others. If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You agree that printed versions of these Terms and notices given electronically are legally admissible. Supaflow is not liable for failures beyond its control. Translations are for convenience only, and the English version controls in case of conflict.
