What happens at 10 credits?
Free Plan credits are a hard monthly allowance. When the allowance is used, Supaflow pauses new job runs instead of creating a surprise bill.
Build and run
Use your 10 monthly credits across pipeline runs, connector tests, task runs, and orchestration runs.
Track usage
Use the Usage page for detailed history and Billing for the current Free Plan balance.
Reset or upgrade
When credits run out, wait for the next billing period or upgrade to a paid plan for more capacity.

Do you require a credit card for the Free Plan or free trial?
No. You can start the 31-day free trial without a credit card, and the ongoing Free Plan does not require a credit card either.
What are all the features available on Free Plan?

What is the difference between the free trial and the Free Plan?
The free trial is a 31-day evaluation period with 100 trial credits and Enterprise-level features so you can test Supaflow with real workloads. The Free Plan is an ongoing $0 plan with 10 credits per month, 1 user, core pipeline features, and community support.
After free trial, am I automatically on the Free Plan?
Yes. If you do not upgrade, Supaflow automatically moves your workspace to the Free Plan after the trial ends. Your account and pipeline configuration remain available, but Free Plan limits apply.
What happens if I hit the credit usage limit?
Once the 10-credit Free Plan allowance is used for the billing period, new job runs are paused until credits refresh in the next period or you upgrade. Supaflow does not automatically charge you for overages on the Free Plan.
Where can I view my usage?
In the Supaflow app, open Usage from the sidebar for detailed credit, job, row, and compute-hour history. You can also open Settings, then Billing to see your current plan and remaining Free Plan credits.
