Last Updated May 20, 2026

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside the eligible jurisdictions stated below. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Supaflow "Bad ETL" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on May 21, 2026, and ends at 2:00 PM PDT on June 4, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE RULES PROVIDE FOR A RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF THE SPONSOR, A CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor for this Sweepstakes is Supaflow, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Supaflow" or "Sponsor"), with a mailing address of 1252 Forrest Avenue, Dover, DE 19904.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates ("Amazon"), nor with Snowflake Inc. or Snowflake Summit. Amazon and Snowflake are not responsible for any aspect of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Government officials, employees of government agencies or government-owned entities, public-sector employees, and any other persons subject to gift, ethics, or employer restrictions may enter or win only if entry and prize acceptance are permitted by applicable law and policy, and may be required to confirm that permission in writing before a prize is awarded.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any other entities involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, together with members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) as any such person, are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. No Snowflake Summit registration, event admission, badge scan, product demo, or sales meeting is required.

There are two (2) ways to enter, each providing one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes:

(a) Enter with a work email. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.supa-flow.io/bad-etl and submit the entry form with a valid work (employer-issued) email address. Upon successful submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

(b) Enter with a personal email and follow Supaflow on LinkedIn. Entrants who submit the entry form using a personal (non-work) email address — including but not limited to addresses at gmail.com, googlemail.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, yahoo.com, ymail.com, icloud.com, me.com, mac.com, aol.com, mail.com, proton.me, and protonmail.com — must also be following Supaflow's LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/supa-flow/ at the time of the drawing. Following Supaflow on LinkedIn is free, and entrants may unfollow at any time after the drawing without affecting any prize already awarded.

Both entry methods provide equal odds of winning. If a potential winner who entered using a personal email address cannot be verified as following Supaflow on LinkedIn at the time of the drawing, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, as described in Section 5.

Entry is available online and is not limited to Snowflake Summit attendees. Snowflake Summit registration, event admission, badge scanning, purchase, payment, sales meeting, or product demo is not required to enter or win and will not increase the chances of winning.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, automated systems, or any other method used to circumvent the entry limit will void all of that entrant's entries, and the entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Automated, scripted, robotic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received after the end of the Sweepstakes Period are void and will not be eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes; for any technical malfunction or other error of any kind; or for any inaccurate or incorrect entry information, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, employer, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees or expenses associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not collect taxpayer identification information unless Sponsor determines that such information is required by law or reasonably necessary for tax reporting. Where required by law or reasonably necessary for tax reporting, winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 (including a valid Social Security or other taxpayer identification number) before the prize is delivered; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about June 4, 2026, after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will select three (3) potential winners in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The first name drawn will receive the Grand Prize; the second name drawn will receive the Second Prize; the third name drawn will receive the Third Prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, on or about June 5, 2026. To claim a prize, the potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification is sent, and must confirm their full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, and (where required by law) taxpayer identification information.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. After three (3) unsuccessful attempts to award any prize, Sponsor reserves the right not to award that prize.

Verification of winners. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

6. General Conditions

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and disclosures or statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials (including but not limited to point-of-sale, print, online, broadcast, or other advertising), these Official Rules will prevail.

Warning: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such an event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment, or by such other fair and equitable method as Sponsor selects.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city, and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice or compensation.

9. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (excluding attorneys' fees) and in no event shall exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50.00); and (c) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.supa-flow.io/legal/privacy-policy.
