Configure workspace and organization settings including agents, security, billing, and team management.
Overview
Settings provide centralized control over your Supaflow workspace and organization. Manage deployment agents, API access, encryption keys, team members, and billing from one place.
To access: Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
Settings Sections
Workspace Settings
Workspace-level settings apply to your current workspace only.
Snowflake Native App Deployment Deploy Supaflow as a Snowflake Native App running directly inside your Snowflake account. Step-by-step guide covering installation, agent deployment, and first pipeline setup.
Agents Deploy and manage pipeline execution agents. Covers agent deployment workflow, approval process, encryption key rotation, service controls (suspend/resume), health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Public Keys View encryption keys used to secure datasource credentials. Monitor which agents use which keys and trigger key rotation when needed.
API Keys Generate Personal Access Tokens (PATs) for API authentication. Use tokens to integrate Supaflow with CI/CD systems, orchestration tools, or custom applications.
Git Integration -- COMING SOON Connect GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repositories to version control your pipelines and tasks.
dbt Integration -- COMING SOON Connect dbt projects and run dbt models as Supaflow tasks.
Notifications Configure email notifications for pipeline job events (failures, warnings, successes). Set workspace-wide defaults and per-pipeline overrides with real-time or daily digest delivery.
Organization Settings
Organization-level settings apply across all workspaces in your organization.
Organization Manage your organization profile, team members, and roles. Invite members, assign permissions, and control workspace access.
Billing View subscription plan, credit-based pricing details, and usage analytics. Understand credit consumption by node size and plan tier.
Access Permissions
Workspace Settings
All workspace members can:
- View agent status (read-only)
- View encryption keys (read-only)
- Create and manage their own API keys
Organization Settings
Organization Profile & Members:
- View: All organization members
- Edit: Organization admins only
Billing:
- View: All organization members
- Manage: Organization admins only
Organization settings require the Teams feature. Personal accounts will see an upgrade prompt.
